The Phantom Four has been the top personal use drone for years, but with the rise of the Mavic Pro people are starting to prefer smaller compact drones, but its ist still the king.

The Phantom Four costs £999.99 which is one of the most expensive products we have ever reviewed. For this you get a carry case, two batteries, one charger and the controller. This is a good deal for a drone package especially when you consider...

As those who have been with us since the very start will know, I have 2 standard FTX carnages, and recently, (well, several months ago) I took the plunge and bought the nitro version.

Lets start (in classic TR style) with the price, the car itself costs around £169.99 but you also need to buy fuel, and a starter pack containing a fuel bottle, spanner and glow starter, which will set you back another 30 or 40 quid. Make sure you...

It's been a while since we uploaded a drone related review despite it being a big passion of your so today I bring you the hubsan  x4 h502e/s case. There are many cases for these drones, soft and hard ones as well as a few backpacks but what was the reason behind the case I chose. Its a stunning case looks very professional and stylish as well as it being very practical.

Many cases require you to remove the propeller which for...

Heng Long generally make £150 all singing all dancing RC tanks but for this one they decided to make it cheap, but is it any good?

The M1A2 Abrams costs about £50, although it does feel a bit cheap and is made largely of plastic that is really the only thing that would tell you its not one of Heng Long's £150 models.

It drives quite well and quickly and the only issue is, when you turn around on carpet for too long one of the tr...

The Hubsan H111 Q4 is the worlds smallest drone at 14 x 6 x 10 cm and weighing only 14g but for £16 what genre of drone does it fit into as most nano drones are cheaper but better drones are much more so where does it stand. Hubsan are a well regarded drone company that make larger more expensive drones so in theory this should be a good product. All nano drones are notoriously well know for being a nightmare to fly with no GP...

The FTX carnage is an incredibly popular budget RC car, but is it any good?

When my Carnage arrived I was so excited I charged up the battery, plugged it in and headed outside, I turned on the transmitter, pulled the trigger to go forward, and crashed into a tree busting one of the front wheels, this was the first of 5 times that my 2 Carnage's have broken. This problem can be rectified by using aluminium front suspension holde...

I was looking at drones about a month ago on when I came across the JJRC H31 a waterproof drone, this caught my eye ( as well as the rock bottom price of £23.50 at the time of writing.) as the older viewers would remember I like to fly my H502E over the lake where I live, there is is also shallow river that i wanted to fly underneath  some bridges but I wouldn't do that with my current drone in case it crashed, bu...

I am impressed by both of these drones; they both fly well and accurately, and they both have a range of features such as return to home that you can use. But there are also many differences witch I will cover extensively in this comparison. I will go in to dept of the similarities and differences so please make sure you have read our reviews of the individual drones to get some context.

About one week ago I received my Hubsan x4 H502E and have flown it enough to get a good idea of some pros and cons. I bought mine from Gear Best but this is in no way a payed promotion all the opinions in this review are mine.

The price of the drone was £98.99 when I bought in but is currently selling for £80 and for that price range some of the features they have packed in are amazing. for example if you where to buy a di...
